I've been using essential oils to support healthy sleep for several years. There are a couple of things I've learned along the way.


How to Use Essential Oils

Essential oils can be used in many ways to prepare for sleep. Breathe them in through the air with a bedside diffuser, apply an oil or blend to the bottom of your feet before bedtime, or put them in your evening relaxing bath.

Try several fragrances or essential oil blends until you find one that is most appealing to you (and to your partner). Lavender essential oil is not the only one and it is only one of many that I use. Add this pleasant aromatic practice to your bedtime routine to prepare you for sleep and to help your body begin to relax and calm down:
