I have experienced several years of having problems falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up too early. I've learned a lot in my journey towards restored sleep. I've learned about hormones and health, vitamins and minerals, diet and drinks.

Always searching for natural sleep aids and tips, I remember waking up at 3:00 AM one morning and unable to get back to sleep I started searching the internet for more answers to sound sleep. That's when I discovered Richard L. Hansler, PhD and the author of Great Sleep! Reduced Cancer! 2nd Edition: A Scientific Approach to Great Sleep and Reduced Risk of Cancer.

I discovered then one of the main things I was doing in the evening to sabotage my sleep. What he has shared in his book, has had one of the biggest impacts in my quality of sleep - falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer.
