I started taking baths when we began a master bathroom remodel and now I've become quite the expert in taking relaxing baths :)



For most of my life sleep was not a problem, I could be on the run from early morning to bedtime and then fall asleep in minutes. Not any more. Now I have to work at winding down and use several "remedies" to enhance better sleep.
